Job Responsibilities
- Support daily operation
- Handle patient enquiries
- Assist doctors during consultation and examinations
- Undertake cleaning, disinfection and maintenance
- General clerical support
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Experience in medical or customer services industry is an advantage
- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, and good team player
- Willing to learn and hard working
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer-serving manner and client-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, experience in clinic system is a plus
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
